Tribute to Mentors, Teammates & Friends
UCSF Clinical Sciences Building Abatement Project - San Francisco, CA
The UCSF Clinical Sciences Building abatement project involved the careful and safety-critical removal of hazardous materials from this historic 109,000-square-foot structure. My role focused exclusively on the abatement phase, which included the safe and thorough removal of asbestos throughout the building.
Using HEPA filters, negative air pressure machines, and stringent safety protocols, I ensured the clean and compliant handling of all hazardous materials. This required meticulous planning, precise execution, and constant monitoring to protect workers, occupants, and the surrounding UCSF Parnassus campus, including its active medical center.
This project highlights my ability to perform intricate, high-stakes abatement work with an unwavering commitment to safety and precision, even in challenging and sensitive environments.

Gallery at FAT Village – Flagler Village, Fort Lauderdale, FL
The Gallery at FAT Village is a $60 million residential development located in Fort Lauderdale’s thriving Flagler Village arts district. This 17-story high-rise features 263 modern apartment rentals, combining luxury living with urban vibrancy.
As the project manager, I have overseen this project from foundation to its targeted Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in May, coordinating every detail—from rebar placement within concrete to the installation of all MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire) systems. This experience has been pivotal in my career, as it gave me the confidence to take a bold step toward starting my own construction company. Managing every intricate aspect of this project proved to me that with my knowledge, discipline, and determination, I could risk my own savings to build a business without fear of failure. This project inspired me to take and excel in the Florida General Contractor exams, marking the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey.
